Il nome “I forzati della strada” è un omaggio ai corridori che hanno reso grande lo sport delle due ruote. Riprende la celebre definizione coniata dal giornalista francese Albert Londres nel 1924. Appena tornato da un viaggio dentro le colonie penali della Cayenna, venne inviato al seguito del Tour de France. Dopo qualche giorno, Londres, completamente digiuno di ciclismo, osserva la similitudine tra la vita e le sofferenze dei condannati ai lavori forzati e quella dei corridori 

The Package for the participants
The Package for the participants, for the first 200 enrolled, is composed from a bottle of wine of Terre Picene, with label dedicated to Gino Bartali; Oil confection Extravergine di Oliva; t-shirt of the manifestation and a image of Bartali realized from the Querelle artist.

Regulation:

Article 1, where and when:

Sunday 19 june 2011 to Montelparo, in province of Fermo, in the Marche. The two distances: km 40 and km 80. Departure to hours 8,30.

Article 2: It is opened to all.

Those who is unprovided of ticket can participate with a preventive demand, to indicate at the moment of the registration, to have use of the activated every day assurance from the organization.

Article 3, “the historical” group:

All will be inserted in “the historical” group those which have bicycle constructed before 1983. The same identifying limit is tax to the apparel and the accessories.

Article 4, the registration:

The registration is of 10 euros. The quota comprises the lunch, the ‘ristori’, the service showers and for the first 200 the only enrolled package contest. To make attention, the lunch will be only offered to who will be enrolled within the 10 june 2010.

Article 5, like paying:

One of the following modalities is possible to carry out the payment of the participation quotas being used:

For the registration of the societies an only cumulative deposit can be carried out.

Article 7, renunciations and substitutions:

The substitution of a participant already enrolled is possible.

It must send a communication to address email: info@iforzatidellastrada.it within the 10 june 2011. Who will be disabled to participate will be able to ask to suspend the registration. He will be transferred to 2012.

But he must be communicated, within the 9 june 2010, to: info@iforzatidellastrada.it. The participation quota will not be reimbursed who does not participate to the event.

Article 8, delivery of the packages for the partecipants:

The packages for the partecipants will be delivered to the first 200 enrolled. To Montelparo: 18 saturdays june from hours 17 to hours 19; Sunday 19 june from hours 7 to hours 8.

Article 9, the roads:

The sailing point will be free. Road features will be crossed many “white woman” in good state.

Article 10, the use of the helmet:

Regarding the use of the helmet it is sent back to the regulations Uisp 2010, adopted from the manifestation: Article 37 of the norms generates them - HISTORICAL RECURRENCES - CICLOTURISTICHE Of AGE

Article 11, the maximum time:

The maximum time is fixed to hours 15,00. The manifestation is not competitive, the roads is opened to the traffic.

Article 12, the sanitary attendance

Followed Al of the manifestation will be an ambulance and a doctor.

Article 13, the mechanical attendance

During the manifestation mechanical attendance will not be supplied. It is obligatory to have with material himself of reciprocation for the perforations. Who cannot continue with own bicycle can go up on the “wagon broom” that follows the participants.

Article 14, the prizes:

The prizes: to the 5 more numerous squares, to the 5 more numerous squares `storiche', to the 5 cyclist with the best one `bicycle and apparel historical'. Other prizes they will come extracted to rising between the participants.

Article 15, in cancellation case:

If, for causes of act of God, the manifestation did not have to carry out the participation amount will not come reimbursed, but transferred to the edition of 2011.

Article 16, characteristics:

“i Forzati della Strada” are a walk on asphalted dirt roads and. The entire distance is opened to the traffic and all the participants are obliged to respect the Rule of the Road.

Article 18, the responsibility:

Every participant, with the subscription of the registration module, delivers up guarantor of own behavior during the manifestation. He declares of being in good physical conditions, having the vocational medical certificate for cicloturismo (D.M. 18/2/82), and of to have read and to have approved of the present regulations.

Who enrolls itself to the manifestation expresses the consent uses to it of its data, like previewed from the law on the Privacy n. 196 of the 30/06/2003.

The respect of the Rule of the Road is obligatory.

The organization refuses every responsibility for incidents or damages to the contenders, or from caused they, before during and after the manifestation.

Article 20, variations:

The organization reserves the faculty anytime to bring variations to the regulations. The site Internet www.iforzatidellastrada.it is the organ intelligence officer of the manifestation. All the official communications will come in yields notes through the site of the manifestation.
